[Spring 24] TOP 3 Restaurants in Gyeongju

by Living in Korea 2024. 8. 28.

What I remember most from last spring is definitely the trip to Gyeongju!

Actually, we went without any specific plans, so we spent the train ride to Gyeongju pondering and researching what to do, where to go, what to eat, and how to get around.

We busily flipped through Naver for information.

I originally intended to share my travel itinerary, but lately,

I've been seeing so many restaurant ads on Instagram,

so I’ve decided to share

the top 3 restaurants I liked the most in Gyeongju instead! 😊

후하 / HOOHA

Before leaving for Seoul from Hooha, we had our last dinner there~

First of all, there are outdoor tables, and the indoor space is very spacious. It’s neither cramped nor uncomfortable due to neighboring tables, and it’s not noisy at all~ 😄

The menu here is quite diverse, but the most popular item is probably the signature dish:

Mixed Grill Set

Different types of meat and sauses

Also, we got some cocktails as well

The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable,

so I'll definitely have to visit Hooha again next time^^

우직 / Woogic

It’s a place with a unique mix of Asian and Western flavors.

The pasta is European, but the sauce has an Asian twist. The restaurant is quite small, with only a few tables.

There are no many menus

We ordered the carbonara (명란 까르보나라) and the curry (안심카레).

The portions aren't very large.

Now that the monsoon season has started and it’s so hot outside, where would be a good place to travel?

I’d appreciate any recommendations! 😊
